We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects .
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects will not be accepted
3. All Sales are final no Refunds, no Exchanges. Prepaid pins and prepaid phones can not be return.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. A replacement item will sent out within 24 hours after we receive the defective merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandised.
