I understand there are NO REFUNDS on Prepaid Home Phone Service unless the order does not complete. Normal completion is 1 to 7 working days but can take up to 15 working days.
I understand I will be billed 10 days prior to my due date. I will also be billed on the same day each month for the following month’s service.
I understand that if payment it not received by the date it is due, my account is considered to be delinquent.
I understand that the telephone provider is responsible for providing service to my dwellings. Any inside problem is my responsibility.
The telephone provider will be responsible for providing service to the dwelling. The telephone provider is not responsible for the internal wiring, jacks, individual connections or any other parts, telecommunications device or data connections. You may choose any individual company of your choice to provide these services at your own expense and risk. Telephone equipment of any type is not provided as a part of this agreement. All telephone equipment or the purchase and maintenance of that equipment is the responsibility of the customer.
